Excellent position by Minster. Very clean and well equipped. Lovely owner who showed us around & took us to private car parking space.

Only that no car parking at house but is a 6 minute walk away. We knew that, so don’t let it put you off.

We loved everything. Mark was a wonderful host who met us at the property to show us round and give us plenty of information. We were kindly left the most amazing welcome gift. Mark took us to the parking space then drove us back to the property. The house set on 4 floors was spacious, cosy, homely, comfortable and immaculate. The property is located right next to York minster and sounded amazing Sunday morning when the bells were ringing. Plenty of places on the doorstep to eat and drink. We had a packed weekend and wished we’d booked for longer. Definitely a place we will choose to stay again.

Location was excellent and the house had everything we needed. Mark was a great host and left welcome gifts for us.

It took a bit more effort moving up and down the stairs over 4 floors but not a problem for us. Good secure parking space but was a few minutes walk away although to stay on this great location off the slight inconvenience.

Perfect position in centre of york. Able to drive to door to unload our stuff, although parking a short distance away - any free parking is a bonus in central York. Nice to be greeted and shown round by host - the milk, prosecco and cake were a lovely touch too. Lovely fluffy towels and nice bedding. Kitchen v well equipped. Host also v good at being in touch and kindly offered to post on my sons earphones, which he accidentally left.. . Having 3 sets of keys gave us all independence to come and go too.

Location was excellent, Mark the owner met us on arrival, showed us round and took us to the car parking space. He even left us a chocolate cake and a bottle of prosecco which was a very nice touch.

Superb house. Exactly what we needed for a couple of nights away. Unbeatable location as so central. Mark, the owner, was amazing! Guided tour of the house on arrival and checked in daily to wish us a good stay and make sure we had what we needed.
