Jasmine Lodge with Hot Tub

Excellent location. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Privacy screens are an excellent addition - thank you! Clean Lodge. Lots of handy facilities in the lodge.

Feel like the mattresses could do with replacing as the beds were not very comfy , lumps in places and the bed in the master bedroom was squeaky! Lots of extras were included ie hairdryer/iron/ handwash etc - would have been good to have had this info before I started packing 😀

Lovely lodge, well equipped. nice location .really liked the screens around decking for privacy in hot tub.

Had a few issues when we arrived . These issues where delt with very quickly once they were reported . So don't want to say anything bad about it but want to be honest. My wife has been ill for a while so this was ment to be a relaxing weekend. Issues with hot tub was main complaint on first our night. So it kind of spoiled my wife's birthday .staff couldn't have been more helpful to resolve the problems. So thank you to them.

Property very clean. Around 25mins drive into York. Didn’t use any facilities when there, but saw the restaurant and looked nice. The privacy sheet around the hot tub was good. The water pressure for showers was very good.

Really enjoyed stay just the hot tub was not very clean it had grime round the corners in hot tub every thing you need there .

The property was really nice and comfortable. The hot tub was nice, and the grounds were really well kept. Electric charging was a bonus and on the cheaper end of the scale for public charging. Would definitely go back again.

Sofas were stained, needed deep cleaning. Hot tub wasn't warm enough and the jets didn't work on 2nd night. Very disappointing
