A lot of flies as soon as wee arrived. Took the 3 days to get rid of them

"I would not prefer to stay again just because of cleanliness"

Location was good and the accommodation was nicely decorated

Beds were not comfy ,the cleanliness wasn’t good especially the decking area where the hot tub is.The windows ,and the furniture and the decking area was not touched for days probably.They need to check on their cleaners .TheSpiders webs,dust and more…Hot tub was quite bad unfortunately which we couldn’t enjoy ,you can see the photos

The lodge was spacious and clean .Very well equipped for all our needs Liked the screens so that people could not see you in the hot tub.Would definitely recommend jasmine lodge to our friends

looked lovely and the extras were a bonus

It was not clean on arrival. There were marks in the toilet, hairs on the sheets. wasn’t hoovered and a dirt mark around the hot tub. some fixtures weren’t secured, the toilet roll holder came completely off the wall. there was a gap in the door of the bathroom and no way to lock it for privacy. Also the kettle could do with a descale. other than all that it was relatively nice.

The heating didn't work when we arrived, I called reception left a msg but no one called me back at all. I had to visit reception to sort out
