Meadows Lodge

I cannot fault anything about this property . I have travelled the world used air b n b and booking.com and I’m just overwhelmed about this little diamond of a place . From the location to the absolutely fantastic hospitality of the owners and how helpful and just unbelievably accommodating for myself and my son . I have told all my family and am currently looking at re booking for my daughter and sister . I kind of wished I didn’t go out last night into York because being in the home is more than enough . It’s my 10/10 place I’ve stayed in so far apart from a little gem in Fiji ( at the opposite side of the world ) I can’t wait to visit in summer

The small kitchen was ideal and we really appreciated the hosts leaving some milk in the fridge as well as some freshly laid eggs from their own chickens.

Stylish and comfortable accommodation, responsive hosts.

Tricky to find on the dark, maybe a light on the road would help.

Nothing to not like

A super little lodge that has everything you may need. Easy to park and access the property. A very well presented interior and exterior. Good taste.

The lodge is close to a main road and there is noise all night coming from it. Only if you are a light sleeper like me. The bathroom is ensuite so if there are 3 or more of you the person on the sofa bed needs to come into your bedroom to go to the toilet. I didn't particularly like to be asked to take sheets and duvet off the beds. (just being picky)

Everything was perfect beautiful place nice location. And inside was everything clean and nice.

None everything was amazing.
