Meadows Lodge

The location was Brilliant, only a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. Very comfy bed and had everything you needed and more. There was Plenty of room for our 2 young boys to run around and play outside of the lodge and they loved the pug and the chickens that came to visit.

What a spectacular location, easy transport links into York but maintaining the tranquility of a country escape. We loved our time at the lodge and will definitely look to book again

The way in from the road a bit tricky But once u know it It is ok

A lovely lodge in a quiet location but not far from local amenities. The staff who run the lodge were great through preparation with detailed directions, comprehensive details about the local area and it's attractions and lots of little details to make it a wonderful place to escape to. James and Pandora were very kind hosts who made us all feel very welcome, with garden toys for the kids (and big kids) to enjoy too. We've had a great stay and will plan on coming again.

The location & lodge is so peaceful - we both relaxed & chilled so much sitting in the garden in the evening- the furnishings are good quality - comfy bed ! Fantastic shower ! Hosts were so lovely & accommodating- we will definitely be visiting again - can highly recommend thank you
