The Holgate Hideaway with Hot Tub

Despite being on a busy road, you do not hear the traffic very much at all The area around the property was clean and tidy, with good access to local shops etc The back garden was cute and you felt very secure and private in the hot tub

The second bedroom and bed is small for a double and the sofa is not really designed for sleeping on so it would be a bit snug for 4 people A sofa bed could be more practical

Really great location, lovely decor, comfortable, spotlessly clean, hot tub is great. Games selection is a nice touch

You can’t adjust the heating so it was very hot inside and we had to have all the windows open to compensate for the heating blasting.

Property is lovely although on the small side its warm and cosy. Kitchen has everything you need and modern bathroom. Location is very central to the City only a short 10 min walk from the property to be in the main areas. Plenty of takeaway's should you want a night in also pub around the corner. Parking only a few streets away.

The size of the smaller bedroom was to small for two people only room for double bed in there. The person on the far side of the bed has to crawl over to get in and out so no good in the middle of the night if you need the loo!. The bedroom mattresses are awful and uncomfy and all you can feel is the springs, neither couple in both bedrooms had great nights sleep because of this. It's the only thing that let the property down.

Nice and cosy and there was a Christmas tree up too - a lovely touch. Also location was superb. Literally just off Blossom Street with Sainsbury’s Local on the corner.

A bit pricey but a lovely house and fab location.

Great communication and a lovely courtesy call 2 days before, loved the warm welcome of the Christmas tree and fire, will definitely use your company again! Extremely private with the use of the hot tub too!

Slightly noisy in the front in the kitchen not an issue for us as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen. The 15 minute walk into the center was enjoyable for us as a young couple, but may not be suitable for someone less able.

Loved the house! Definitely gonna come back to this place!

Location was ideal for the train station and cuty centre, not far to walk

a fan in the bedroom and a summer quilt would have been preferred at this time of year
