The kitchen and bathroom were cold compared with the rest of the house, the host did say that there was a problem with the underfloor heating.

Beautiful cottage set back away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely stay and hosts very attentive when needed.

It would have been nice to.get into.the property earlier as we hit pitch black on the country roads and very hard to pin point and see. However owners helped and were very helpful.

This was a fantastic location. The cottage was homely and cosy. Beds were comfortable and it had all the facilities that we needed. I loved the surrounding area and looking at the lake from the cottage was fabulous. I particularly loved to see the dogs as they always greeted us when we arrived back, running towards us with a waggy tail. They were super cute :) Very good value for money and would definitely recommend to others and will definitely be back.

Nothing absolutely spot on

Excellent position. Close to the place we had a seminar and close to York.

Comfortable and clean cottage. Didn't have any control over the hearing but it was heated adequately during our stay.

Not obvious to find as the gate is easily missed as it looks like it is going into a field despite the directions given. Went to the main house first which I'm sure we're not the first to do.
