Équipement très correct

La difficulté à trouver. Signalisation insuffisante. La porte d'accès ne manœuvrant pas . Nous avons dû bricoler pour l' ouvrir. Idem en partant. Donc revoir la signalétique et l' accès de l' établissement.

It was lovely having the home owners dogs greeting us every evening and watching the horses run around made it special A great base for sightseeing to York and Whitby

Very friendly host, well appointed accommodation

The upstairs rooms were very warm and could benefit from a fan to help circulate the air. It did not detract from the stay, but worth bearing in mind on very hot days

"Stress free stay, away from the rat race. Perfect"

This is an amazing retreat, the property was spacious and relaxing, sofa was extremely comfortable and the bed was amazing a great nights sleep. Great check in from John he met me at the gate and gave me clear instructions upon check in but all was clear by text. Cup of coffee in the morning staring into the fields sitting on the cosy chair perfect way to start the day. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

Location was superb. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable. Peaceful & quiet. Good quality T-paper. Soft large fluffy towels. Friendly playful dogs and horses Close by.

Oven, cooker hood and skirting boards could benefit from some TLC.
