Loved everything, but the best bit for us had to be being greeted by Jess the dog.

I loved it was private and quiet. It was very cozy. It had everything that we needed. It was warm and comfortable. Thd owners were lovely. It was clean We would be back.

There's not much I can say I didn't like. There was one step to get into the building and then it was flat if you stayed in the downstairs room (as I did due to mobility reasons) but for me, I know I could manage.

The peace and quite of the location added with the view of the countryside the owner horses in the paddock and the lake..

Amazing location, friendly, helpful hosts. Cottage was so cosy and the perfect place for a getaway.

It was self catering, so we brought our own breakfast

There was only one bathroom downstairs, so an upstairs toilet would have been useful.

Lovely location, the dogs were so amazing 😁, Lottie and Jessie followed us everywhere. Very comfortable living room and very cosy in that room. Great food locations made by the host. Lovely mattress, great quality cushions and duvets.

Outdoor furniture needed cleaning. Kitchen was stained on the walls, the oven needed a clean. Microwave didn't work at all. No ovenware to cook in but the host did provide on request. Clock needed batteries, outside fairy lights didn't work. Bathroom needed tlc. Doors were in need of painting or cleaning.

Location good for our visit to local abbeys and castles.. Lovely views. Comfy beds and furniture. No problem with WIFI. Lovely little cat visited 💕 Nice outside seating area.

Oven needed a clean.

Beautiful country setting and quietness. Host allowed us to check in two hours early. Washing broke down and was repaired same day.

Would have been nice to have at least a sealed tea bag and drop of milk in the fridge to start us off. Tea bags and coffee in cupboard we presume were left by other guests. Felt the whole accomodation needed a good and thorough clean, for example rangehood in kitchen had oil dripping from top. Husband slept on couch in lounge as he is 6’2” and did not fit.

The rooms were lovely and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The hosts were friendly and even dropped us off where we were going so we didn’t have to get a taxi. There were also friendly dogs that my children enjoyed playing with.
