Great location near to the main hub. Took us about 20 mins to walk into the main part but such a lovely walk in. Also an Uber is only a fiver to get into town from. The house was clean and tidy and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook and clean with. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well.

The location was fabulous for our four night stay in York. Being only a ten minute walk from the bar walls and no more than 20/30 minutes walk from anywhere within the city centre it meant that we did not have to use the car at all after arrival and could easily back to get changed between daytime and evening. The property was very spacious with some great artwork on the walls and a fabulous back garden (from which I saw the aurora borealis!). Our children made use of the games provided and we all had a very enjoyable stay. The unexpected addition of milk in the fridge to greet us upon arrival was very much appreciated too!

Lovely house, extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. Ample parking and lovely garden. Great staff. This house has a lovely homely feel throughout. Even tea, coffee & milk.

This Property was perfect for a weekend away, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The interior was beautiful, especially loved all the blankets. The Garden was an added bonus, lovely to sit and have your morning coffee. Location of the property was perfect, peaceful neighbourhood, with parking and only a 15/ 20 minute walk into central York.

Everything was perfect.
