Peace Lodge with Hot Tub

The restaurant had nice food

The hot tub kept loosing temperature. Had to contact reception 4 times before anyone came.. 4 hours later they came. The beds were uncomfortable. Neighbours were noisy. Hot tub again didnt work properly. Contacted the emergency number and the person who answered didnt seem to care. We ended up cutting the trip short and going home. Wouldnt call it a 5 star venue. And unfortunately it seemed like nobody cared about the issues we had. Would never go here again very disappointed. Ruined my birthday weekend 😡

The hot tub water wasn’t hot so we couldn’t use it. We tried to use it on our full day morning with no luck but thought it was warming up for later on. We are not happy with this as we could have saved money and got a different lodge with no hot tub - instead of leaving a bad review we messaged the property and the customer service team to see if there some type of partial refund we can claim and we have had no reply. It’s a shame as it was mine and my boyfriends 9 year anniversary and we could have saved that money on something else or had a better time in a working hot tub.

Very spacious and very well laid out. Love the decor and the huge kitchen! Hot tub was lovely and warm and great fun!

Only let down was the normal telly on main tv didn’t work so hard to find something for everyone to watch or listen too!

It was a beautiful lodge and we had an amazing time. The space inside was great. I would definitely recommend this place. Tried to book again for next year but unfortunately it was booked up.

Absolutely nothing. Even the neighbours were lovely.
