"meeting up with family"

Very clean. Hot tub. Quiet area of park, 5 min walk to bar/restaurant.

more equipment for a self catering stay. There was a dishwasher but not enough cutlery to use throughout the day (4 knives). Previous self catering stays I've done have things like cling film, foil, salt and pepper etc so this time didn't pack these items but this lodge only has basic cutlery and crockery.

"Very relaxing stay"

How spacious the lodge was and it was spotlessly clean.

We couldn’t get the central heating to work and we were cold in the bedrooms.

"Comfortable"

Hot tub was good. Heating was on and warm. 2 bathrooms. 2 toilets. Spacious. Clean enough. Good amount of hangers in the wardrobes. Lots of storage in bedrooms.

TV had no signal and aerial leads were faulty. Settee didn't smell clean. Showers weren't great one was weak and the other was way too hot. Difficult to get hold of staff when we had an emergency. No mat when entering the lodge. Hot tub wasn't that private as near a road. No toiletries.
