The Bishy, York city centre & free parking

Very convenient location for walking into York. Good parking facility.

Lack of storage in the second bedroom. No real problem for us as only 2 night stay but might be if you are staying longer

Great Location. Beds comfy, parking for 1 car on the street(although narrow street if lots of cars parked) well equipped kitchen.

Would benefit from an extra chair in the lounge area. No shampoo or shower gel provided. Steep staircase

Location was convenient, the city center is reachable by 10-15 min walk

The apartment has thin walls,you can hear neighbours and in general the noise isolation is poor, the air circulation was not the best either

Nice location on a quiet road near the river. Modern decor

Problem with boiler meant no hot water on last day and no-one could come and fix it

Lovely terrace house, close to selection of bars & shops

Stairs are very steep which could be a issue for some

Property was nicely located

For a two day stay, I would expect more amenities in the sene that there wasn’t cleaning dishwasher tablets and other utensils which a family usually require

Comfortable beds / nice kitchen

Very Dusty , could be as there was building work going on next door but we’ve stayed in much cleaner properties in york before , the walk in shower just didn’t work , was offered by the owner to show us but we didn’t want to risk using it Especially when holding a deposit . Felt that the bathroom / en-suit needs a bit of TlC .
