Lovely place and very comfy

Shower was broke but we reported it and was repaired when we returned. Excellent service

Size was amazing, we had a three bedroom lodge, jacuzzi was perfect and facilities, great secure location

Unfortunately, it was slightly dirty in reference to the carpet, the rooms and bathrooms were spotless but i guess some guest take their muddy shoes onto the carpet, also the room wasn't ready when we arrived.

The lodge was perfect for our weekend, very spacious and comfortable. Ideal location for the clubhouse, particularly as some of the party have mobility issues. The grounds were lovely, very peaceful. The hot tub was so nice, perfect temperature. The lodge had everything in it you could possibly need.

Although the lodge was clean, we did find some items left over from the last guests, such as a used vape on the veranda for example. The bathroom blinds were bent in places and the toilet roll holder kept falling off. We took photos when we arrived and left so we have proof in case there are any issues returning the £200 security deposit which we believe we have to wait 7 - 10 days for. The TV was a bit limited as it seemed to be set up for personal use of whoever owns the lodge, however these are only minor issues and didn't impact on our stay, which was a very enjoyable one.

Lodge was new , clean, stylish and spacious. Nothing to fault . Hot tub was ready to use. 6 of us stayed and had no problem at all . It was nice and quiet . We walked around the main lake and fed the ducks. Aldi was only 6 mins away. Not far from Grimston Bar park and ride to the city. Highly recommended.
