Historic House in the Heart of York City Centre with Free Parking

Location of the house will allow you to visit York. Everything is within walking distance. Great restaurants, shopping, and historical places can be easily enjoyed. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The position is central, but quiet, so there is no noise at nights. If we visit York again, we will definitively stay here again.

Just a tiny request, I would add some additional storing space in the first floor bathroom.

Great location, perfect for a family getaway

clean, conveniently situated, had agreed beforehand that we could adjust the heating to our liking- worked perfectly

the front door was very difficult to lock - a dishwasher would be very nice! from the description it was not clear (at least to us) that only one of the bathrooms is en-suite- which would have been nice as we were 3 work colleagues travelling together

The property was directly in the heart of york yet quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed was on the doorstep. It was full of home comforts too and plenty of space.

The only improvement would have been staying longer.

parking - had a permit but cars without permits parked outside all day. Also the lock on the front door needs looking at very hard to lock it
