Location great a 10/15 minute walk in to the centre, beds were so comfy and the house was super clean

The cleaning was OK, but there was broken glass in the bottom of the dishwasher. Bubble gum behing the sofa in the living area. In one of the bedrooms an empty vodka bottle! Also (my mistake admittedly) I forgot my practically new trousers in the wardrobe of the bedroom with three beds in it. I phoned as soon as I arrived home, the lady I spoke to seemed helpful, but I heard nothing back from her after promising to phone me on Monday 14th October. It is now Wednesday and still no response. Iam disappointed. Also central heating would not come on at night and we were all quite cold.

A group of 5 ladies stayed in this lovely house. We had plenty of room and the house was clean and very comfortable.

The house was in excellent condition. Very spacious and comfortable with good range of kitchen and bathroom supplies. I would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting York with a large group. About 15 minute walk to city centre.

Not really fair to criticise the property about this but access to the location was impacted by the level of roadworks and development in the surrounding area. The good thing was that this was far enough away so that noise and dust was not an issue. The only thing i did notice was that in one of the bedrooms the carpet underlay made a 'crunchy' noise in places.

Absolutely nothing

Very spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage and basic facilities are all well prepared. The location is very good too, easy to town.

The wifi is not that good, and the shower head could be better.
