Location: close to the station, walking distance to city centre, lovely inside

We couldn't put heating on, called the number to get help and we're refused. After paying over £1000 for two night stay we weren't able/allowed to use heating to take the chill of the house (last day of September). Agency said they can send someone over, but we will have to pay £40 regardless of they manage to solve it or not. (We think code was needed for Nest app)

Clean as a whistle can't complain everything that you need

First floor double bed not comfortable soon remedied moved to next room 😴

Lack of parking

Plenty space and bathrooms. The living kitchen area is perfect when you have a big group which we did. Very clean and lovely welcome basket on arrival. The ability to use a car park space was also great.

The doors are all very squeaky and so are the floors you can hear everyone moving around. The check in and check out times were late and very early and there was no option for movement on that.

Very comfortable & clean. Close to the city so no need to use the car.

Great location, 15 min walk to the centre. Nice and clean.

VERY squecky floorboards so much so that if you went to the loo in the middle of the night everyone was woken up.
