Fabulous location, cosy, well equipped and spacious

There was nothing we didn't like.....although if Im being super picky I did switch off the plug in air freshners and would have liked complimentary shampoo/shower gel!!

"A very enjoyable stay in a lovely area"

The position of the cottage with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. Spacious property but a lovely homely feel. Easy to get into Scarborough using local bus.

The bath/shower were difficult to get in and out of if mobility issues and a grab rail would help with this.

"Pictures looked better than reality. Need to spend some money on decent bedding not polyester"

Location good. 10 min drive to Scarborough/Filey. Modern clean bathroom downstairs.

Bathroom very modern but other rooms need updating. Poor quality bed linen for price point. Marks on bedsheet and didn’t smell freshly laundered. Upstairs - dusty skirting boards and cobwebs in corners. Steep stairs not suitable for young children or anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely character in an idyllic setting Ideal location close to the restaurants so no Need to drive in the evenings Good walks around the very pretty location Property well stocked if you don’t feel like an evening out Perfect for Scarborough and Whitby Would definitely stay again

Minor issue The outside patio furniture is very low The views made up for it
