"Beautiful townhouse in great location"

Lovely townhouse with plenty of space for a family of five. Comfortable beds, spacious living room and a bonus to have a second toilet upstairs. Nice street / area close to cafes, Market, train station and metro station. Check in was at Kyoto Station but free taxi was provided- although we had to wait some time for taxi to arrive.

Second bedroom is accessed through the main bedroom- didn't worry us but might not suit some groups. Kitchen is very small with no bench space- not suitable for preparing meals.

"Excellent location and size !"

It was a very well located property, clean, safe, great value especially for a family! it was close from the more historic portion of town and also shopping avenues, fantastic bakery nearby.

Not in regards to the property, but weren't happy at the beginning because our train arrived very close to the property, yet still had to bother and go near the train station to get the keys, despite informing/asking ahead of time.

"Very happy with the unit and the location."

Property was great, roomy, offered great amenities like dishes, toiletries, laundry detergent . . . Location was excellent. Train station was ~5 minute walk. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately check in is at a different location, it staff tried to make it convenient by offering to taxi us to the unit, or shipping our luggage there if we wanted to wander and make our own way there.

The location and layout of this place was wonderful. It was only a short 5 minute walk to the Nishiki market and main strip and 10 minutes to Pontocho, 15 to Gion District. Price for the stay was excellent and was very comfortable for 4 people. Laundry machine and 2 bathrooms was great. The reception desk was excellent, and had a buffet of toiletries and personal items in case you needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

"A comfortable stay in Kyoto!"

The house with 2 floors is rather spacious. A short walk to a supermarket, public transport (train and bus), as well as the popular Nishiki market, is certainly a plus point for this property.

It was extremely tricky to carry a suitcase up and down the narrow stairs.
