Traditional style home Futons were wonderful and soft The tub was great Comfortable and cosy

The location was fantastic, the main road is very close and some point of interest can be reached by foot. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped (nespesso coffee machine, microwave, fridge). The washing machine works well. Rooms on 1st floor are comfortable. We enjoyed a lot this house!

The linen for the children were not included in the price of booking.com (even if we selected that we were travelling with our 2 kids) and we've been asked to pay for an extra cost.

It was warm and inviting with charming traditional features.

Nothing at all

This facility and amenities were all so nice, elegant and very clean. Located in the small street that is close to the main street where Gion matsuri's parade marches through, we got to see so much events. We shopped and cooked by ourselves. It was so very easy to walked to many places, if not easily access to the bus stop and subway station after 2-4minutes walk. Recommended for all the travelers who wish to explore Kyoto among the natives like the natives.

Simple room decors and especially the little Japaese garden and the window to look it out from the wooded wall batt tab was my favorite part among of all the beautiful features of this facility.
