Kyo no oozora KIHANA

Gion Kihana is a true gem centrally located in Kyoto. We loved everything about it. The moment you step into the little House you can feel the Japanese tradition. There is really everything one can need, including a laundry machine which comes handy if you’re traveling for a longer time. Kyo no oozara staff is just amazing, they go above and beyond if you need everything and take care of you due your whole stay and even afterwards if you need anything. The office is located nearby the Kyoto Station and they even provide a taxi service from the office to the accommodation. Please do yourself a favor and book this place, this will definitely be a highlight during your Japan trip! If we are ever back in Kyoto we will stay there again with no doubt.

It’s a very beautiful property, high aesthetic. There is a very wide array of amenities available as well, oven, microwave, laundry. The location is also amazing right in gion only a few minutes from all the gorgeous temples while still being private and quiet, 5 airco’s kept the place cool. Amazing place, highly recommended

The styling was very pretty but felt a little bit clunky and unsafe after two days, ledges and rough edges, low ceilings and all kinds of paces to bump and scratch

It's located at perfect location to sightseeings. There are plenty of restaurants around. The house is well designed and the host was very friendly and helpful. We almost have everything we need at the house, we can make tea and use the tablewares offered. It was a great time experiencing the local building and house hold.

The house is almost by the street and full of noises of cars and motobike in night specially, we care that because we travel with a 2 years old. We have seen quite a few types of bugs inc large number of ants in the first floor, ants are cute, but it would be nicer if they can do more insecticide. Otherwise it's perfect!

Amazing experience! You really get to live the luxury Kyoto life!
