Beautiful renovated traditional house in historic area of Kyoto

Lovely, traditional small house. Suited really well for us with two adults; two teens and one 4-year old. We loved the Japanese style, the apartment had everything we needed and it was neat and clean.

The actual apartment is beautiful, very traditional and extremely comfortable. I liked the location and that we could easily walk to so many attractions, yet our exact street was quiet and peaceful. Awesome bathroom as well!

Unfortunately there was construction next door and they even worked early Saturday morning :( They started everyday around 8am. The walls are quite thin, so it was extremely loud. When that construction is done, the place will be perfect.

Sehr schönes traditionelles Haus in einer tollen Lage in Kyoto. In der Nähe befinden sich bekannte Tempel wie Kiyomizu-dera sowie die historischen Straßen Sannenzaka und Ninenzaka, die man wunderbar zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Gegend ist ruhig und hat eine sehr authentische Atmosphäre. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber – perfekt, um Kyoto zu erleben. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen

None I can think of, it was super perfect

Man fühlte die japanische Kultur und das hat es wirklich aussergewöhnlich gemacht

Es gab Baustellenlärm was natürlich nicht immer da sein wird aber bei unserem Aufenthalt leider etwas gestört hat

The service, they were fast and excellent.

There was no breakfast as this was a townhome with only a small kitchen so meals were not provided

The washing machine is a all in one machine. wash and dry. It was very difficult to use and took a very long time to complete a cycle.
