Loved everything about the property. The location was perfect!

Going to a different place to collect keys. Also they mentioned transporting bags to the place but not us - so the taxi cost us extra which we were not expecting.

Checking in was easy at the Kyoto Station Rinn Hotel; the taxi to the house was amazing! The conversation helped us with food options and sites around the immediate area. I highly recommend: Luggage Storage Service - Kyoto/Kiyomizu/Gion -- this was key for our last day after check out and before our train. The area around the house couldn't have been filled with more lovely people!
