Well I don't know we re to start to be honest... First off all the lady charge me 200 pounds extra for additional people invited to my party (I ve booked for 11 people and we was 14, but just 8 sleeped over the night)even so they been only in the garden, which I accepted and as I've been honest with her saying that, on booking was just 60 pounds more she asked 200 more Than I asked if I can come earlier that day so we can start to organise the party and the things, again she charged me 20 pounds per hour, once we be got there we realised that the house wasn't ready with the cleaning and the outside patio was dirty as well as the barbeque full of rust and full of watery charcoal and other rubbish things, we cleaned up without any problem, the lady from cleaning (which she was really helpful and really nice)was worried regarding this situation even so I was keep telling her that I am not bothered about this And just now we starting the bad part... The host/agency lady was spying us from the ring camera which she had installed at the back side door, as well another one in the front side of the house every 20 minutes the camera was going on and the lady was keep calling and texting me starting from 5 a clock saying to put the music low because of the neighbours but the music was really low as we had a 20 w speaker, Then messages and calls saying if I don t turn down the music I need to stop it As I said it was just low music and was Saturday night at arround 6-8 a clock Then at 10 a clock we shutt the music properly and she start to speak in the ring camera and texting me to not stay outside even so we we re chatting and doing barbeque because we disturb the neighbours. I payed 900 pounds for a night and I am sorry to say that I was disappointed with her behaviour and bossy style.

Cozy and situated in a nice environment

This house was just what I needed and kept looking for, for months. Spacious, comfortable and massive. The area where it’s located is perfect and very safe! The host Jae, was an absolute star. Her communication was 10/10. She was on the other side of the phone every time I needed her. She kept checking up on me and my other guests as all she wanted was for us to have a great time. Very rarely you get home owners that are this nice and flexible. I highly recommend this house. I’ll definitely be back whether it’s with friends or family. Thank you Jae once again for being so welcoming 😊

Spacious and in a good location with safe overnight parking.

Extremely tired and disheveled interior. The ovens were too dirty to use. Three of the beds were unclean with used sheets. There was dirt and the remnants of a party in the lounge. Several bathroom fittings were falling apart.

The house was huge and so much space for the family. The beds were sooooo comfy. The hodt really made sure you had eveything you needed for a great stay! The garden was lovely. The private Road was just so lovely! The host was amazing, both personal and professional.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Great comms from host. Perfect for catching up with friends in Central location. Nice and quiet location.

Very spacious and lots of kitchen utensils for a big group, good location from London and nice area with plenty for cars. Good garden when nice weather

Hot Tub was not clean however the host was very understanding and refunded the money.
