Everything about it...location is excellent, apartment is well equipped with great attention to detail for a comfortable stay, Enzo and Angela are extremely thoughtful and helpful hosts.

good apartment with everything you could need provided. Generous amount of coffee, tea and the Italian pre packaged breakfast items. communication with owners was helpful and prompt. It's not too far from the Sassies walking, in a residential area.

the stairs might be problematic if you travel with heavy luggage. It's on the third floor

The owner was very polite and tells uš useful information. The appartment is renovated and very clean, quite near Matera Sassi. I recommend it.

Nice and comfortable apartment, very close to the city center of Matera. Quiet neighborhood. We could easily find parking in front of the apartment. Owner was nice and helpful.

Enzo, the host, is the best part of this property, he was able to help with all manner of issues we had such as getting lost, losing a jacket, finding a grocery store, all we did was What's App him and he helped us immediately. Our trip was greatly enhanced by his generosity and attention. Enzo and his wife Angela provide an immaculate apartment with attention to every detail. There is food and water upon arrival, all consumables you would need such as shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap. Linen and towels were of a high standard and the rooms are bright and airy and the kitchen is very well appointed. The walk into town was not difficult for us and we are in our late 60's. It is on the third floor but even that was not a problem for us after a day of exploring the caves. 😁 The parking is easy and safe.

Enzo got in touch with us a day before our stay and gave us an option for self checkin or face to face checkin. We opted for self check in. He sent us all the information for self checkin and everything went smoothly. The apartment was very clean, bright, homely and well equipped. Andrea and Enzo had thought about everything to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The complementary cakes, teas, coffee and water etc were a very nice touch. The location of the flat is 10 minutes walking distance to Matera town centre and it was a very convenient location to sightsee. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it
