The fact that does not have an elevator

A neat and literally spotless place in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the train station an about 10 min walk away from the historic centre of Matera. Superb communication with Angela and Enzo. It simply can't get much better 😀 👍

This appartment is beautiful and so well equipped. I really recommend staying here. Also the location is great, very close to the center and finding parking in front of the appartment was so easy.

Very clean and well equipped. Host was extremely nice. Parking was easy and convenient. We were only there for 1 night but enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious inside. They have thought of everything you might need. All appliances work well. The clothes washing machine is especially appreciated. Parking is easy and convenient. The owners make the whole process very easy.

The surrounding area appears a little run down but feels safe and is fairly close to the areas of most interest to tourists.
