"Loved Il Tulipano."

Fabulous location with parking on ghd street and everything you need. Lovely touches such as tea and coffee, milk, yoghurt, juices, water and breakfast condiments as well as other basic cooking needs if you want to dine in. Loved our stay here and Matera is a great place to visit.

Very clean and professional equipped (like different color towels for me and my wife) apartment. Enzo was very helpful and easy reachable with WhatsApp. Free street parking was very easy - a lot of free spaces (maybe depend, that we was not on high season).

The location was near the old city of Matera. We had a wonderful walk across the caves and the old town.. In my opinion, Matera is the most beautiful city in Italy. The host, Enzo, was very kind with us. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Spacious, air conditioning, every detail thought out. Kitchen well equipped. Coffee machine and coffee pods supplied. Every necessity provided. Washing machine. Natural light , parking out the front. Walking distance to old town.

Great location. Only a short walk to the historical centre, but on the outskirts of Matera which makes for easy car access and a good base for day trips. Apartment is very nice.

EXTREMELY well equipped and clean (even has an iron)! Comfortable. Good location--easy 15-minute walk to old town. Parking in front of building. Friendly and accommodating host.
