Casa Vacanze Le Esperidi

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend indimenticabile a Matera, e questa sistemazione ha contribuito in modo determinante a rendere l'esperienza così speciale. La casa è semplicemente incantevole: curata nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto, in particolare per quanto riguarda la pulizia. La posizione è uno dei suoi punti di forza: situata nel cuore dei Sassi, consente di immergersi completamente nell'atmosfera unica e suggestiva di Matera, rendendo ogni momento ancora più autentico e memorabile. Un plauso speciale all'host, una persona estremamente gentile, disponibile e cordiale, che ci ha accolti con grande umanità e attenzione, facendoci sentire fin da subito come a casa. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque desideri vivere un soggiorno autentico e di qualità. Un'esperienza che porteremo con noi e che speriamo di ripetere presto.

Liebevoll eingerichtet, mitten in der Altstadt, Fußgängerzone, toller Blick auf die Stadt, wenn man nur ein paar Schritte aus der Tür raus tritt. Angenehme Pölster. Tolle neue Küche.

Matratze war mir zu weich

Amplasarea foarte comodă, în centrul istoric. Gazda foarte drăguță și cooperantă, oferind recomandări utile pentru sejur. Bucătăria dotată cu bucătărie și toate necesare pentru a pregăti dejun, cafeaua oferită de către gazdă.

The host Cosimina was responsive and informative. She was waiting to let us into the house, showed us the place and how things worked. She also provided us with recommendations of where to eat and key sights to see. The house was clean and spacious for 3 of us with 2 bathrooms with heating and ample hot water. Good towels. Modern refurbished kitchen with ample supply of coffee and tea. Lovely house with curved ceiling and fantastic location in the sassi with a view out to the cathedral a few steps from the front door. It was central enough to walk anywhere in the old town and still quiet enough without hordes of people walking past the front door.

Trade-off for being in the sassi is that parking is a headache. We were fortunate enough to find free parking about a 15min walk away and because we only had a small backpack each, it wasn't an issue. However it was stressful searching for parking and we accidently drove into ZTL as well - luckily it was not activated! Location of the house is wonderful - in the sassi but close enough to the new town, where you will need to park if you're driving. Lovely spacious house but it'd probably be a tighter squeeze for more than 4 people. Be aware that the house is on 2 levels with quite a steep flight of stairs. Hot water flow in the upper bathroom can be erratic and the shower area with shower curtain is quite tight.

La struttura è davvero grande, non manca niente, c’è tutto e la proprietaria, la signora Cosimina, è super gentilissima ! Tutto perfetto! Posizione perfetta !

Colazione semplice e salutare.Posizione strategica.La signora Minetta è una host empatica e competente e ha impresso il suo buongusto in ogni angolo della casa che risulta davvero accogliente.

Mi è piaciuto tutto

Emplacement exceptionnel très proche de tout, une petite place devant permet de déjeuner au soleil, vue très belle sur les sassi au lever du soleil depuis la cour. Le logement est lui même dans un sasso, ce qui permet de se rendre compte de l épaisseur des murs. La propriétaire est très accueillante et agréable
