very friendly and helpful owner, perfect location, cosy apartment

not easy to find a parking lot. most parking lots closeby are limited and only allowed for locals. but owner helped to find one. 9 euro per day is acceptable.

"Dream days in a superb location"

Casa Vacanze Le Esperidi is a gem!!! Coquettish, tastefully arranged and very, very clean. It is located in the old center of Matera, and it takes a few minutes to walk to the new area of ​​the city (maximum 5 minutes). From the inner courtyard of the house, you arrive in a few seconds (!!!) at a point from where you can admire a superb view of the whole of Matera. Personally, I drink my morning coffee there, fully enjoying the morning sun and the absolutely amazing landscape! Cosimina is absolutely fantastic, a perfect host, who passionately manages this impeccable property. I give it a 10+ and I recommend Casa Vacanze Le Esperidi!!💚
