"Good value for money."

The cottage is lovely, rustic, clean and comfortable.

Only space for two cars which made it difficult for taxis to collect us and visiting family. We also couldn’t find a corkscrew.

Really cosy and lovely cottage, decor and atmosphere is great for family or friend trips. Lovely location, quick drive into Kendal.

The facilities (water tank etc) are quite loud and if you’re a light sleeper may annoy you but everything else is really lovely.

1. Super simple and hassle free self check in. 2. Great and polite communication with host. 3. Spotlessly clean!!! 4. Only 7 minutes from Kendal town. 5. Beautiful and amazingly well-equipped kitchen. 6. Breathtaking view. 7. Comfortable bed. 8. Fast wifi and netflix.

We had a great stay here, it was super clean, had a lovely outdoor area and very comfortable. The host also left us a small welcome package which was a very nice touch. The host was extremely responsive and helpful!

It is a little remote but access to Kendal is easy enough with a car! We had 8 people staying and so 1 shower between us all was a little tough going at times.
