Great location, great property, lovely to have an enclosed outside space to let the dog out and enjoy sunshine. Full kitchen facilities. Really lovely.

Limited heating - not a major issue though. Would have been good to be able to find out the $35 dog fee before we booked - not unreasonable cost just would be nice to know before booking.

Nice convinent location, quiet neighborhood, good price for a short stay.

Kitchen could have been a little better equipped.

Walking distance to town, lounge, kitchen and bedrooms were good

Shower door needs fixing, doesn't shut properly. Flooding of carpets by previous tenant left bad smell, and carpets were still wet. No offer of compensation made by owner.

The location was great for visiting Nelson. It had all the basic amenities we needed. Good communication with the hosts.

Lovely spacious apartment. Well decorated with lovely pictures on the walls. Good range of kitchen equipment (although we didn’t use much as we liked the pub around the corner!) Lovely garden with tables and chairs. Very comfortable bed. Easy walk into the city centre via the riverside walkway. We didn’t have a car, but parking was available on the driveway next to the apartment. The location was very quiet and secure. Excellent communication with the hosts who were kind enough to let us check in early because of our flight time.

The very large cockroach which had made its way into my dressing gown which was hanging in the bathroom. I was not aware of it until my husband saw it crawling through my hair!

Such great value for money. Amazing location and a beautiful sunny lounge in the afternoon. Would recommend and stay again!
