Good price Much space Well equipped, incl. Washing Machine 10min to central

Could be a bit cleaner in some Corners. It is "Budget" but some Equipment should be replaced, from some kitchen utensils (pots) to the shower Glasswall that doesnt close

Lovely and modern, clean and spacious. Loved the nearby coffee shop. Loved being able to sit outside and appreciatd the setting and the barbecue.

Barbecue was a bit wobbly

Location was great. Close to town and Tāhunanui Beach where our daughter was swimming at an open water event. Comfortable, clean and quiet with all necessities.

Shower door didn’t close properly, but not a major issue as the water didn’t spray out.
