Clean and tidy good location

The shower head needs to be removable and no heatpump central heating wasn't working. Some milk would have nice but overall not two bad

Lovely warm home with a very comfortable bed.

Location was very good close to everything . Very warm and sunny.

Let down by windows being in need of cleaning and small maintainence issues ie shower door hand basin tap etc nothing major.

good location, quiet, and easy to get into town. Lots of space and a good washing machine to run all our laundry through. Big fully equipped kitchen and nice patio outside.

the knives were a bit blunt but that can be easily fixed

Spacious, well equipped. Have been in touch with the owners about a couple of things and they responded very positively

Bathroom heater only blew cold air. Heat pump mentioned in Welcome folder not yet installed

It was very clean and nice heating. Great value for money and perfect for a family.

Fantastic area, the Wood, simple, just what we needed. Great pub around the corner, and all in all just perfect. We will be back.

Central location / walk to city

1) Shower was a dribble 2) Heating was inadequate and it was both cold and damp 3) It smelt very dank which didn't go away even after airing 4) windowsills were moldy. 5) Rules were both overly pernickity and made it uncomfortable to even do things like move a bed ( not allowed to move furniture) to close the spare room to heat the hall, master bedroom and bathroom. Didnt use the lounge because could not heat it all comfortably.
