Cambria Hideaway

we liked the outside area and the outdoor furniture thanks. The flat was cozy and sunny. Nice decor. Enjoyed the bath and especially enjoyed the proximity to town. Lounge, dining area and kitchen good. Spacious bathroom and great bathroom cupboard. Enjoyed the lemons thanks. Quiet area.

Suggest stainless-steel pots and frypan as black coating from pots & frypan peeling off into food. One very small towel per person was insufficient. The cottage needs extra towels & bigger towels - especially as we stayed 5 days & had some rain so we couldn't wash them. Single beds need toppers as harder than most beds, so my daughter slept in the lounge, but the fitted sheet was absent (info said there were sheets for the pullout bed but only 1 sheet. Some maintenance required with shower door and the wired in heating as not working except 1 stand-alone heater in the lounge. If these were attended to, the cottage would make stay more enjoyable. Thanks.

Clean and nice decor. Great location

Says on booking.com that there was a hairdryer but not there. Owner organised one to be dropped off the next day. Toilet paper continually was knocked off holder..quick fix..shift to non opening door side wall. Sofa bed could do with a topper for comfort. Heavy rain caused a build up of water at doorstep. Easy fix...clean drain. We did enjoy our stay apart from all of the above.

Didn’t like that we stayed short term

This was a great wee cottage while we were in town for a conference. It had everything we needed and Vanessa was a friendly and helpful host.

It was great, just one wee cockroach that came to visit us!

Very clean, comfortable and warm.

The shower is old with low pressure.
