Studio Sto Antonio Alfama

It was really clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was really cute and well decorated.

The bathroom is tiny, and there is a persistent smell of sewage, probably due to the older plumbing system in place in the area. Not the fault of the property, just something to be aware of.

Great location in the middle of the Alfama district. Comfortable bed.

The guest house is more of a tiny room, set in a musty smelling day basement. The description offered by the host WAY oversells the unit. Hardy any air circulation and limited daylight made us feel like we were in a cave. The smell was musty, like a damp smell, one of our 2 towel supply smelled like mildew. Lastly the unit is very hard to find, with no access available by car or taxi. We had to carry our heavy bags 20 minutes down sleep stairs and cobblestone alleys, plus ask for help from locals to find the place. When I contacted the owner for help I literally got a written lecture on the historic value of Alfama rather that any specific directions!! The property owner knows Google maps cannot locate this place, so why not provide us with a map and warn us that is hard to find?

It had everything we needed it was perfect.

Everything was as stated in the description. Absolute recommendation.

The location is good, in the heart of the old city, many restaurants, easy access to the station and public transport.

We found it very small especially the bedroom which is very tight on space

The apartment was perfectly located for us to travel everywhere with the bus! The apartment was very quaint and had everything we needed for our short stay in Lisbon, additionally it was very close to great restaurants!

The coffee in the apartment could have been better.

form the photos it looked way bigger, it’s just a room, decently furnished but a room. hairdryer and light near bed did not work.
