Everything you needed was there for your holiday, down to the beach towels which we used.

Not clean enough for the money we paid or expected. We did expect it to be spotless, and it was not unfortunately eg. Skirtings dirty, cobwebs all around too.

Keys were in a safe and easy to collect. The property was large enough for 6 of us (4 adults and 2 children), kitchen well equipped, great garden, beds really comfy and great views. Walking distance to shops in Cromer and East Runton. Good TV coverage and great WiFi. Beach chairs provided and boogie boards for the kids. We really enjoyed our week. Great communication from the host.

The bathroom doors are both sticky (reported to the host), upstairs is hard to close and the downstairs needs a nudge to be able to lock it. Upstairs door handle had a hole in it where the lock should have been, so we filled it with tissue paper to ensure privacy!

Wonderful large family home with the best views ever and oodles of storage ! Short flat walk into Cromer. The coast hopper bus stop is right outside, and the train station 2 minutes away. Plenty of supermarkets to stock up for your stay. Loads of essentials like dishwash and washing tablets. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and it was very quiet at night. Very dog friendly and safe. The cot was excellent and the bedroom large enough to accommodate it. Lots of games and dvds, it really is a home from home. We are already booked in to stay again.

The bathroom and shower room ( downstairs) are tired and small but functional and there was plenty of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The garden was tricky with a toddler due to the sloping lawn and a big drop down to the patio.

We have just spent our 2nd holiday at No. 3 and have already booked for 2025! The house is amazing and is equipped with everything you could possibly need especially in the kitchen! It’s very clean and comfortable. You also have brilliant panoramic views of the sea. There are lots of places to visit without travelling too far and an easy walk into Croma. We have stayed in quite a few holiday homes and No 3 is by far the best. Janet the host is very communicative and approachable should you need assistance which is a bonus! Looking forward to next year!

Bright, spacious property with panoramic sea view and within easy reach of all amenities. Well equipped throughout, with large garden and dog-proof fence!
