"Exceptional"

The house was amazing with excellent views of the sea, spacious and extremely comfortable. It had everything you could possibly need and a good stock of children’s activities. We loved our stay and would love to go back. It was within walking distance into Cromer. Would 100% recommend it.

It was noisy as it was close to a busy road.

Wonderful house. Spotless everything you could wish for and well stocked . The owner was lovely. The views were wonderful from the front room. Everything excellent so close, quick walk into Cromer. Absolutely loved this place.

Nothing all amazing, but double beds seemed very small but they were very comfy.

This is a large family house with space to spread out. There were lots of additional extras which made our stay 5* . Our host has gone to a lot of trouble to make this an exceptional home from home.

The fact that our holiday was over too soon. We should have booked two weeks. There is so much to see and do in the surrounding area.

The property is light and spacious. Extremely well equipped kitchen with every eventuality catered for. Some lovely touches too including puzzles, colouring books, pencils, crayons etc. The owners have truly thought of everything. some really thoughtful touches from a welcome back to full bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. A wonderful location just across from the beach as described. we will definitely be back!
