Detached House with Panoramic Sea Views

This was our third visit and we will come back. The property has everything. The view from the living room out to sea is beautiful. You can easily walk into Cromer on the road in front of the house or along the cliff top. The house is modern, very clean and has a lovely secure garden for children or dogs. The owner has thought of everything in the house/kitchen. Everything you need to cook and tidy up is there. Owner even left chairs and beach items to use.

Stunning house, spotlessly clean, lovely added extras you want for nothing. Great communication from Janet would definitely recommend and book again. The views from the down stairs living room window are amazing.

No 3 was spacious, modern, very clean, good value for money, free parking, fantastic location, great sea views and had everything you could need. Janet has thought of everything to make your stay feel like home from home we had a great week staying here and will definitely be back. Absolutely loved it

What can we say , it was perfect in every way , it was like home from home , there was everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday ,location & views of the coast were amazing . Cleanliness was perfect & nothing was too much trouble when we contacted our host Janet . We really didn’t want to leave ,can’t wait to stay there again ! And a lovely touch was the welcome pack , including wine & snacks .

It was just close enough to the centre of Cromer to be an easy walk in but far enough out to be a safe haven to retreat to. Lots of space and lots of stuff for us to use - binoculars and board games and spices - such a change from normal rentals where you just get a house!

internet wasn't the fastest but was fine. my daughter said the spatula was "too floppy"! kind of searching for things to criticise... :-)

The location was stunning. The property itself was wonderful; we have never stayed anywhere that offered so many extras from dvd's to games through to plenty of teas, coffee even toiletries!

The only complaint we had was the beds. We found them quite small (I fell out of it on the first night :) ) and the mattress was hard too.

This house is immaculate, the gardens spacious and well set out. The balcony provides a fantastic view of the sunset. We felt at home immediately. There is everything you could ever want, including an amazing range of fruit teas. You can spend hours just sitting and watching the view. Despite facing a main coastal road, it is incredibly quiet. Easy walk to Cromer or East Runton. Already booked to go back in 2024 and can't wait.

A fantastically well equipped, comfortable and very clean house! Janet is a great host, the house has everything you could possibly need, location is excellent and the views are to die for! We want to come back!
