Hidden Gem Retreat in the Heart of Payson

The house is a good size for a family of four, bedrooms were roomy, kids loved that they got a bigger bed for once. Kitchen was laid out nicely. Couches were quite deep and comfy.

Sheets in the master bedroom hadn't been changed (eyelashes on the pillow case) but I found it too late and wasn't going to be texting anyone after 9 pm. They sent over clean sheets the next day. No oven, which seems weird for a house, just a multi functional air fryer/toaster oven. Signs all over the front yard to clean up after your pet but there was poop there from someone else's pet and no one picked that up before we got there, so the signs seemed redundant. We were requested to keep the thermostat at 75 because of the studio on the other side, which should really have it's own system because who sleeps with it that warm?

Very large, three full rooms and a very large living space and connected kitchen.

Parking was around the side in front of another property. Not bad just unexpected is all, didn’t want to wake anyone when pulling in or leaving.

No breakfast included. Location was great.

Central location with ability to hang out and play games on porch. Comfortable place, great kitchen, nice little touches throughout home. Nice Starbucks coffee in the morning. Fit our family perfectly. Easy access. Saw wild elk roaming the neighborhood .

The bed in the Master bedroom was really hard and uncomfortable. The other two beds were fine

It was a cute house with enough room! And had what we needed.

When we first walked in the house wasn’t the cleanest. The floors weren’t swept or mopped in a while the rug in living room had crumbs. The sink in the kitchen had food from the previous person and the fridge was dirty. We thought it was the whole house we didn’t know the back of the house is a suite for someone else to stay in! So the first night when we were going to bed we could hear someone trying to get into the house which scared my kids. I opened the door and told them they were probably looking for the door on the side of the house. The next morning we are getting ready and hear someone trying to get into the house I open the door and it’s another lady saying she booked the house! After she left housekeeping had to come in and get supplies for the suite to clean. We rented a whole house or what we thought was a whole house so that we wouldn’t be bothered.

This property is very comfortable and well stocked for a weekend getaway. The beds, couch, and dining areas were lovely.

At no fault of the neighboring guest suite, we could hear everything from next door: laundry, conversations, footsteps….No one disrespected the noise rule, but the thin walls made it difficult to sleep. My son woke before 6am thinking someone was in his room, but it was just common everyday sounds through thin, thin walls.

The house was very nice had everything we needed and was comfortable had good indoor and outdoor space very nice parking around it was a little difficult but we managed talk to some of the neighbors accommodated the extra car

Probably the parking would be about it was close to the city and other outdoor activities
