"Very nice property and owners/staff, easy and peaceful"

Great location, restaurants and shopping within walking distance or short drive, just 20-25 minutes from great trails in Tonto National Forest, clean, comfortable and homey.

We have some suggestions but nothing we would call a complaint or something we didn’t like.

"Perfect stay in Payson"

The property was spacious and clean. Our hostess gave us the entry info and made it easy to get settled. The beds were very comfortable and the coffee maker/yummy coffee, a nice surprise. Will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. I like firm, large pillows but if you don’t you may want to bring your own. The temp was set at 75 degrees but it was easy to adjust downwards, if needed.

"Had a wonderful stay and very happy with the property."

Home was very clean and perfect for our stay. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and that is frequently a problem for me especially. Communication with staff was timely, prompt, friendly and very professional. Appreciated the ability to use the outdoor grill. Front patio is spacious. Happy there were 6 chairs at the dining table instead of 4 which seems more common. Appreciated the nicely stocked coffee bar with ground Starbucks coffee provided. Coffee pot is an 8 cup machine. No standard size oven but toaster oven worked just fine and met our needs. Happy for the nice 4 burner gas stove. Everything went very well for us and if we choose to visit Payson in the future we would definitely be happy to stay here again!

"Disappointing"

Rental issues: Toilets did not flush right - had to use the plunger several times $75 for a dog and NO yard No oven Iron did NOT work Noisy location Found several pieces of hair in the shower upon arrival Floors were dirty and even found pebbles on the kitchen floor Kitchen lacking in supplies: no mixing bowls, no hand mixer, skillets were in bad condition, etc.

"Was a nice house!"

10.0

Master bedroom mattress was super hard . So we slept in a different bedroom. It wasn't a problem doing that, in fact that bed was super comfy!
