La Casa Di Melory

Firstly meeting our host Mariella who is passionate about her town, Matera. She left us many treats and her home was exceptional. The out doors balcony was fabulous. A great shower, bed and very spacious. She gave us many recommendations and certainly encouraged us to explore the whole town. It took us a while to find a car spot but Mariella was ready to give us her spot if we couldn’t find one. The spot we found was steps away from the accomodation.

Accueil exceptionnel d’une hôte formidable et très chaleureuse 😍, beaucoup d’explications et de bons conseils sont donnés. Encore un tout grand merci! L’appartement est très bien situé, avec ascenseur, à quelques pas des sassis, du centre, des magasins, des épiceries, du marché…On peut tout faire à pied. C’est très spacieux, propre, bien agencé avec une belle et grande terrasse privative. Nous y reviendrons

Všechno perfektně připravené a čisté,velká terasa,výtah do apartmanu.Paní Mariella byla úžasná všechno vysvětlila a ukázala kam zajít a co navštívit. Do centra a Sassi to bylo 10 minut chůze . Parkování v boční ulici-misto se dalo vždy najít

Amazing terrace, comfortable rooms and charming host.

Loved the location, close to old town Matera, grocery stores, and restaurants. The apartment was very clean with a beautiful terrace. The host was very helpful and provided lots of great information about the places to see and followed up.to.make sure we are fully satisfied.

No complaints, no issues.

Sparkling clean with all the facilities you could possibly want. In a brilliant location a few minutes from the centre of Matera. Wonderful large terrace at the front with a balcony at the back. Very good value for money.

No reading lamp in the second bedroom - obviously designed for a child. Couldn’t get the coffee machine to work - probably operator error. No view of the Sassi. (But that would have put the price up considerably.)

This apartment is located very conveniently close to the "sassi" districts, but at the same time in an area with available free parking lots by the streets. It is a large and modern apartment with facilities as programmable heating - air conditioner, fully furnished kitchen, washing machine... everything. AND a large roof terrace. The host was great. She was helpful with everything and as a bonus, we had a 30' conversation about the recent history, traditions and tales of Matera. It couldn't be better.
