Hot tub wasn’t very private

The lodge was beautiful and had everything we needed.

Communication with host through booking.com non existent. Communication via mobile was better but I was then asked not to contact via this method as host had retired? Remove your number off the website then and actually reply through booking.com! Good communication should be the bare minimum as a host. Hot tub is not on decking area as shown on pictures either.

Easy to get to. Clean, exactly what we were looking for. Spacious. Fab hot tub. Booked up for next year, as soon as we got back.

Not much room around beds

The lodge itself is lovely and a good base to explore the area and is clean.

The hot tub we didn't use due to the person in the lodge to the left spitting over the balcony and the hot tub had been moved but the view wasn't good due to paving slabs and didn't feel secure. Also the shower sealant needs replacing as mouldy. There is no reception or club/pub as it's closed down.
