Sharper kitchen knives, no bread knife. Outside area could have been wiped down better as there were a lot of cobwebs on decking area and lots of them in the outdoor storage places. Cobwebs in smaller bedroom above the blinds. Outside door to freezer was completely off and we were messaged to say a handyman would come to fix, but they didn't ,so it was left propped up against radiator during our stay

Loved everything about our stay. Lovely and clean lodge with great facilities.

Very clean and cosy and everything you could possibly need, hot tub was great.

WiFi didn't work.

Loved the Lodge van, the facilities. The jacuzzi was very nice ( not in the same area as shown in photo) and seating area. Loved the surroundings of the woodland walk by the pond. Great children's park and carpark spot for your car right next to the lodge van. Great information book and bedding. Very peaceful even though at times we could hear the A1. Very welcoming lodge van with beautiful furniture and decor. Loved the lights round the tv gave it that extra cosy feeling. Family games was a very lovely touch, Great location for different places to visit e.g history, beach and towns. Pay washing and drying facilities on site. Next door lodge site has a childrens games room Thankyou for sharing your beautiful home!

Abit of dust in the spare bedroom on the tv, very hot in the van which cannot be helped due to the weather at the moment when we opened the windows or door the wasps kept coming in. The main busy A1 which again cannot be helped as was fun trying to get out of junctions. WiFi was saying it was there but couldn't connect to it and tv aerial signal wasn't fantastic due to the weather in the bedrooms.Need more privacy round jacuzzi area.

The place was absolutely beautiful, spotless. Hot tub was immaculate. Everything that we needed was here. Would definitely visit again.

It was very very hot (due to weather) Would have been fab to have electric fan
