Rural self contained cosy pod house.

Cozy little place away from the world. Short walk away from a few castles too. Perfect for countryside breaks And was really helpful dealing with a forgotten items

The bed was comfy but not much room to get in and out the bar on the end of the bed made it difficult

The pods surrounding areas were very overgrown the car park had horse poo so had to watch where walking it very wet muddy and slippy i did fall over due to this the gate going into the area felt like it was going fall off in your hands Inside the pod could have done with a good clean the fridge was filthy The coffee machine had parts missing The bedding was not clean it had hairs inside the bed On the pictures advertising it looks like you are sittuated next to a lake but its actually no where near the pod

Keys were in the door, the owner was so accommodating when contacted and really polite. The owner also accommodated early check in and later check out which was so so helpful. She also left us milk in the fridge!

Some issues reported to the owner whom responded quickly and effectively.

The location was good for me. There was plenty of hot water. It was quiet.

No outside light around the pod with a rough path - you have to walk between a van and bushes, and then the length of the property to get in, so external light would make it much easier and more welcoming (I arrived at 7pm but it’s dark around 5 in November). It was cold on arrival. Awkward driveway.

Beautifully little pod, the owner made it super clear how to check in, it was in the perfect location for us as we were doing a forge course locally. The bed was so so soft and we had a lovely cosy night.

The only addition that would have made any improvement would have been a pint of milk in the fridge for a brew. But other than that it was wonderful and cosy.
