Very clean and comfortable

Slanted ceilings many head bumps. The entrance for cars is very tight nothing anyone could do about that but wider cars would struggle

Lovely quiet location easy to find and spotlessly clean.We were met by the friendly owner who explained all we needed to know The cottage was perfect for our little break and we will definitely book again

Lovely cottage with excellent facilities. Beautiful surrounding countryside and close to Whitby.

Our only comment was the bath in the main bedroom. This didn't really work for us.

"Perfect quiet location to unwind with plenty of walking and dining out a short car journey away."

Pleasant countryside location with footpaths for walking nearby. Quiet area, enclosed garden for dog, secure car parking next to cottage. Box of chocs on arrival most welcome 🙏

"A great tonic for us and only downside was too short a stay for us!"

High quality and well maintained. Loved being able to sit out with the birds! Easy access to all areas we needed. Had to breathe in to access the car park but have now found how to close wing mirrors that would have been helpful.
