"Great cottege and location"

The cottege was clean and tidy, the layout worked well for us with 1 bedroom and shower room on ground floor, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on first floor. Hot showers, good facilities with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Comfy settees and dining table which accommodated us all. Views of the Abbey from the window at the top of the stairs is lovely, and balcony was also nice addition. Some beds were comfy, adequate space to put your belongings away. Great location a short walk from the town centre, co-op at the bottom of the hill for essentials.

No where to hang towels in the bathrooms, no storage for items or cup holder for toothbrush etc. The mattress didn't fit the base to the bed on ground floor, as it was too small and was very soft. Nowhere to store cupboard items in the kitchen. Needed a few more dish washing tabs, views into other people's cotteges a little intrusive, but good blinds on windows.

"Glad it was only 3 nights. We are both 70plus, and our 43 year old son had a heart attack just 6 weeks before. The steps"

Clean and tidy. 5 minute walk into town centre, but still quiet.

The 36 steps up to the front door , followed by 3 flights of stairs to the living room. No place to hang things in the bathroom, or even a shelf. No wardrobes, just clothes rails and not many drawers. NO storage at all in the kitchen. All our food was piled up on top of the microwave. Only 4 dining chairs for 5 of us and not enough comfy seating for 5 in the living area. Parking space was a nightmare to get in and out of. A large vehicle has no chance. The living room window looks straight across into another property, so does not feel private.

The location was excellent . The cottage was beautiful and lovely and clean also comunication was really good and responsive

Nothing really it’s just a bit tight on the on site parking. Especially if they have a big car.
