Host & Stay - Lightkeeper's Cottage

Location was fabulous and had a parking spot. Rooms were decorated modern and generally it was clean. We would stay again. Loved the guidebook we were sent prior to arriving with all useful information. A welcome hamper would have been lovely

Don't agree with damage waiver process. Didn't receive message to inform me of requirement for damage waiver until I had to chase management to provide address and check in process for accommodation. After making payment for the damage waiver I still wasn't provided address and check in details and had to chase management for these details whilst already in the town, pulled over in a lay by.

Loved the apartment, lovely decorated, clean and everything you could ask for was provided

Only bad point was all the stairs but it wasn’t a massive issue for us was a little bit noisy on a nighttime but it calmed down around d 10.30 ish

It was a lovely place to stay.

Definitely not for someone who struggles with mobility due to steps up to the property. Would not have booked if I had known about the amount of steps. Not clear in description of property. There needs to be a warning. Also the parking is very tight. We actually damaged the boot on our car.
