Electronic brochure wouldn't download properly so couldn't use it. Central heating not easily used. Lack of hooks for towels in bathroom and bedrooms. Otherwise , good .

Excellent modern and comfortable 3 storey upside down property (kitchen/lounge on top floor) equipped to a high standard very close to the town centre

Not a problem for us but accessed via about 30 steps from car park below

The property was lovely. Very well presented in a good location. However, the single bedroom was not fit for purpose. The blind was broken and the mattress was lumpy and soft. You responded well to my notification about the blind. Unfortunately my friend had to sleep on the sofa for the second night after suffering back pain from the single bed. It was good to have a parking space but it was extremely difficult to manoeuvre my medium sized car into it.

Great location, beautifully decorated. Was fairly clean. Had coffee, sugar and toilet rolls. You don’t always get that.

Parking is extremely tight, was a struggle to get in and out off our allocated space. If you have trouble walking, this place isn’t for you, there are a fair few steps, both inside and leading up to the property. Could have done with more storage, as there wasn’t anywhere to store cupboard bits, and nowhere to put your used towels in the bathroom.

The location was superb and the property was stunning

We came in 2 cars and there was only one allocated parking spot but there was easy accessible parking up the road, a minor inconvenience

Location perfect for exploring Whitby It is set out so well with everything you need well appointed with nice touches. Loved the decor and perfect for our family.

Nothing was perfect.

Beautifully decorated and layed out, incredibly clean and perfect for a group of 5 to socialise. Super close to all the action in Whitby but still out of the way enough.
