"great location & view. Property just needs bit of tlc"

location, hot tub & views.

Needs a bit of tlc Get a proper shower in the top bedroom Flakey paint, dirty bbq, lacks a few utensils in the kitchen. Says parking for 2 cars but one car will over hang the pavement (unless you have 2 small cars)

Key code box so can collect to suit artival time

Cleanliness.all windows inside are dirty,cobwebs,greasy forehead marks on patio doors,mirrors dusty & the window in the main bedroom downstairs doesn't close properly so kets in noise & cold.hob splash back & extractor filthy with grease,microwave, toaster & coffee machine all had finger marks & food on them.
