A perfect little hideaway with "The Holiday" vibes. Well-equipped, absolutely everything had been thought of. Great location for Whitby - we got the train in.

Gorgeous little cottage. Clean, well equipped, well thought out. Thank you for my treats. I really enjoyed my stay thank you. I hope to stay again.

Bit of traffic noise on a morning but no big deal. Parking on the lane over the bridge was fine.

Beautiful clean cosy very comfortable cottage. Wonderful locality in the countryside but very close to the coast and lovely Yorkshire villages. We even found a charging point for our EV car within walking distance 😃. Would definitely stay here again

The building and the location are perfect, the photos are a fair representation of the property which I find to be rare on booking .com

The kitchen is a bit of I nightmare, blunt scissors and knives, all the cookware is knackered, it all needs replacing, there is only one cupboard for crockery and the glass shelves fall through, one cup was smashed by the shelf falling through, the supports holding the shelves in place are microscopic, the shelves only stay in place if you engineer them in to place at the perfect angle even then it’s still inevitable the the shelves well drop through at some points, replace the cupboard or screw some wooden shelves in place of the lethal glass.
